About the role Based out of our Haberfield hub , as a customer facing Sales Consultant at Splend, you will be the face of our vehicle subscription services in our retail hubs. You play a critical role in driving customer growth. You’ll combine deep product knowledge, customer-centric communication, and consultative selling to match customers with the right Splend solution—helping them succeed as rideshare drivers while contributing to our mission of making vehicle ownership more accessible and flexible. This role is ideal for a motivated and engaging individual who thrives in a retail environment and is passionate about helping people succeed. Responsibilities Maintain a thorough understanding of all Splend’s vehicle subscription packages and related products. Continuously update knowledge base with new features and updates to ensure accurate representation to customers. Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that best fit their requirements. Guide customers through the decision-making process, from initial inquiry to final sale. Ensure vehicle displays, marketing collateral, and digital tools are up to date and engaging. Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Team Leader to help refine sales strategies and product offerings. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges and opportunities. Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding sales practices and customer interactions. Ensure the integrity of sales transactions and customer data. What you'll bring Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with customers. Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High school diploma required; a degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred. Experience in a retail, sales, or customer service role is highly advantageous. A passion for the automotive industry and vehicle technology (desirable).
