Description The Opportunity We have an exciting new opportunity for two Site Administrators to join our Energy and Utilities business in Western Australia on a full time permanent basis. The role can either be residential to Newman or FIFO on a back to back 2/2 roster and will be reporting directly to the Administration Manager. The key tasks include: Work with the Project team to support the day-to-day running of the site administration function Support site mobilisation activities including workforce PPE orders, travel co-ordination & camp bookings Receipt of goods and providing AP team with delivery dockets & material reporting Time Capture (including client approvals of timesheets) Consolidate Client Reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Uploading client reporting into Client portals (doc con support) Maintain stationery and office consumables Ad hoc Duties within the Administrative and Finance functions as requested by Management What we are looking for Drivers License & White Card required 3 – 5 years’ experience in onsite Administration or mobilisation experience ideally in construction, mining or maintenance JDE, Workflow & Enable experience is preferred Strong inter-personal and verbal communication skills Ability to use initiative, prioritise workload & time management Microsoft Office skills Positive attitude in dealing with internal stakeholders Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision What we offer Opportunity for career growth with structured frameworks and supportive-inclusive team Competitive Salary and Employee Benefits Valued and respected position, with supportive and experienced team Work for a major ASX-listed company About Energy & Utilities… Downer's Energy & Utilities business unit is an integrated trans-Tasman team, providing services and solutions that connect communities to essential networks and infrastructure.
