Experiencing a scale-up, YOU get to be part of the strategic development. Your Role You'll hold an influential position, leading projects from inception to completion. You'll manage budgets, schedules, contracts and subcontractors and be at the forefront of dynamic, high-profile land developments and construction. Duties include; Key stakeholder engagement for Project Planning & Coordination Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets and construction schedules Leading and selecting teams of subcontractors, engineers, architects and on-site supervisors to ensure effective collaboration Review and manage contracts, designs, change orders and pre-construction activities Quality Control & Safety Compliance Risk Management Identification Prepare reports and present regular project updates to stakeholders and clients Oversee the final inspection and completion of projects, ensuring delivery within timeframes and to budget Other Details The position is a full-time permanent role. The remuneration package is competitive and approximately $180-200K depending on the level of local experience and licencing that you bring. About You Sound experience managing multi-storey projects and developments, ideally retirement living, apartments or other higher rise buildings Excellent financial aptitude Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from start to finish Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Sound knowledge of construction, contracts, and regulations Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field What to do now To register your interest in this dynamic position, submit your current confidential CV via the application link.
