About you Are you a skilled Contract Administrator with a passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects and experience in Energy Sector. Join Genus Infrastructure and play a pivotal role in supporting our Major Projects team across diverse contracting models in the energy sector. You will ensure contracts are managed efficiently, risks are mitigated, and stakeholders remain aligned throughout project delivery. What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualifications in Contracts, Business Law, or a related field (qualifications in Project Management or Quantity Surveying highly regarded) Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within energy or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of the AS4000 suite of contracts and relevant legislation, including safety and security of payment Proven experience in commercial negotiation and client relationship management Sound understanding of planning and scheduling principles (Primavera P6 desirable) Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills Solid understanding of Occupational Health & Safety practices Key Responsibilities Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams Draft and manage Site Instructions, Variations, and Claims under both head and subcontract agreements Assess subcontractor variation and payment claims Administer upstream claims to protect contractual entitlements and ensure policy compliance Attend project management meetings to support change management and issue resolution Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements and risk mitigation Monitor contract performance and implement practical solutions to ensure project success Why Join Genus Infrastructure?
