Experienced Disability Support Worker Wanted – Salisbury & Paralowie Are you a compassionate, reliable, and friendly support worker ready to make a real difference in someone’s life? We’re on the lookout for a dedicated female support worker to join our wonderful team in Salisbury and Paralowie! This role is perfect for someone who loves helping others, enjoys getting out into the community, and is looking for steady hours with the opportunity to pick up more shifts! About the Role: You’ll be providing everyday support to our clients, including: Assisting with medical appointments Grocery shopping trips Fun community outings and activities to meet personal goals Light household support (plus giving a little attention to a very friendly cat!) Available Shifts: Monday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM (extra shift) Plus, casual pool work available across the northern suburbs! Extra Opportunities: Interested in growing your experience? You’ll also have the chance to shadow shifts at our Supported Independent Living (SIL) sites and pick up additional shifts outside of your community client hours. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has experience as a support worker Is friendly, patient, and positive Loves getting out and about in the community Is comfortable around pets Has flexibility to pick up extra shifts Required Credentials Current First Aid and CPR certification or a booking confirmation to complete Valid driver’s licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance SA Working With Children - Employee NDIS Worker Screening Check - Employee Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety, and You module Pay Rates (SCHADS Award - Home Care Employee) Casual (includes 25% loading): Base Day Rate: $33.96/hour Afternoon: $37.36/hour Active night: $38.04/hour Saturday: $47.55/hour Sunday: $61.13/hour Public holiday: $74.72/hour Why Work with Us?
