Due to a number of recent wins in their regional NSW office they are looking for experienced construction professionals in a number of key areas. We are now looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to start work on a $40m project in Regional NSW. To be shortlisted for this opportunity you will have experience of: Preparation of estimates, quotes and tender submissions with accuracy Contract tender project management On-site inspections and meetings Good knowledge of the local subcontractors Ensure project documentation is completed and accurately recorded, updated and authorised Maintain consistent liaison and assistance to the more senior team members Construction Management degree or equivalent Good communication skills with proven ability to develop positive relationships, both internally and with external clients.
