Key responsibilities include: Greeting visitors, ensuring everyone feels welcome. Assisting with enquiries (face to face and over the phone). Keeping our reception and general office areas neat and tidy. Supporting office operations, including mail handling and restocking supplies. Assisting with administrative tasks like printing, laminating, and preparing office materials. Helping to organise staff events and celebrations. ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone with: A friendly and professional attitude. Strong communication and organisational skills. A willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite). Excellent attention to detail, who will take ownership of tasks and complete them to high standards. Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently. Valid driver's license and reliable transport. No experience?
