The responsibilities Reporting to the Director, you will work as part of a small team delivering exceptional service to hospitals and specialists. This position offers great variety and the opportunity to continue to learn and grow. Full product training will be provided along with a broad understanding of business operations. Covering administration, data entry and sales support your duties will include but not be limited to; Liaising with customers over the phone Processing sales transactions (Data entry) Tracking outstanding orders Resolving issues related to purchase orders Provide assistance to sales staff Assistance with order fulfillment when required General administration as required The benefits Join a team with a track record of providing exceptional customer service to a niche industry.
