It’s an inside sales position – so you’ll be handling incoming orders, calls and emails, chatting with long-standing customers, and helping them find the right solution. You’ll also be putting together quotes, keeping the CRM tidy, supporting the external sales crew and generally being someone the team and clients can rely on. You’ll be a good fit if you: Have done a similar internal sales or customer service role (ideally with a bit of tech/product knowledge under your belt) Are organised, responsive and quick on the tools (email,CRM, Microsoft Office etc.) Can hold a conversation, solve a problem and follow through without someone looking over your shoulder Know how to be professional without being stiff – these guys value people who bring a bit of personality to work Are up for working in a proper team where everyone pitches in What’s in it for you?
