About the role We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will represent Mamamia in the market, focusing on maximising advertising revenue while building strong relationships with agency partners. Your mission will be to exceed sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and create innovative advertising solutions that resonate with our clients. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us: Proactively drive revenue growth and ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded each month Consistently exceed sales targets and deliver year-on-year growth in revenue and client base Effectively manage accounts within your portfolio while building and developing strong relationships Identify and acquire new business opportunities through various channels to win advertising bookings Utilise relationships internally to deliver innovative advertising solutions for your clients Develop custom sales materials, proposals, and presentations to effectively position Mamamia products Ensure booking schedules are accurate and oversee campaign delivery post-analysis Support the commercial director and wider sales team as required Now, a bit about you Minimum 3 years digital sales experience (preferably at a digital publisher) Proven ability to consistently deliver and exceed sales targets Experience identifying additional revenue streams and acquiring new business A passion for the digital media platform and the Mamamia brand Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail Confidence to deliver high-quality and engaging sales presentations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing deadlines and priorities Collaborative individual who thrives in a team environment Life at Mamamia We're fast-paced and innovative, with a collaborative culture when it comes to industry-leading strategies and ideas.
