Due to our continued growth and success, we’re now looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator to join our Sales & Business Development Team located in our Welshpool office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about turning data and process into powerful results. About the Role As a key support to our Sales & Business Development Team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, clients and systems. Your days will be varied – from managing our CRM system and preparing sales reports to supporting Account Managers with customer proposals and client meeting preparation. This is more than just a support role – it’s a position that empowers you to contribute to the bigger picture by improving systems, streamlining processes and enhancing the customer experience. What You'll Be Doing Sales Coordination & Support Process customer orders and coordinate follow-ups Maintain accurate sales and customer records Assist in preparing proposals, tenders and client meeting data Provide internal documentation and reporting, including fortnightly client progress updates Liaise with production teams and attend sales/client meetings CRM Management Oversee CRM data accuracy and user competency (Microsoft Dynamics) Develop CRM reporting and improve system usage through training and awareness Analyse and report on budget compliance and sales performance Support Account Managers with customer data and communications tracking Administration Support onboarding of new sales team members Arrange domestic and international travel Coordinate meeting notes, sales templates and document version control Manage SharePoint and Sales Portal access Process invoices, POs, and requisitions What You Bring 2-4 years’ experience in a similar sales support, coordination, or administration role Solid skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) CRM/ERP system experience (Microsoft Dynamics highly regarded) Experience in mining, manufacturing or heavy industry is desirable Highly organised with excellent attention to detail A proactive, flexible approach and ability to juggle multiple priorities Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively Why Work With Us?
