We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Sales Manager to join an Australian leader in the design, manufacture, and installation of commercial facade solutions. With a diverse product range including louvres, ventilation systems and external shading, this organisation has a highly enjoyable team culture and a strong pipeline of projects across the East Coast. This position plays a pivotal role in liaising with architects, builders, and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent sales growth, accurate project pricing, and successful handover to delivery teams. Offering flexibility to work from home and strong support from an experienced estimating and costing team, this role is focused on winning work through new business development, tender management, and strategic client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business opportunities by engaging with builders, architects, and key industry professionals early in the design and planning process Oversee project tenders, contracts, and negotiations from post-tender submission through to project award Collaborate with the estimating and costing teams to ensure pricing accuracy, margin protection, and overall project profitability Contribute to the strategic direction of sales and marketing activities to strengthen market presence Maintain and grow strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and effective pre-construction support Provide insights and feedback to the leadership team on market trends and competitor activity Key Requirements: Proven sales experience in the construction, architectural facade, or metalwork sectors, with a focus on project-based selling Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing or mentoring sales teams Commercially minded with a sound understanding of margins, costing, and budget planning Solid technical knowledge of construction processes, engineering design, or manufacturing Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Professional and collaborative approach, able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business known for its innovation, quality, and service.
