Warranty Administrator — Berwick, Casey Area

We are currently seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Warranty Manager and ensuring the seamless operation of our warranty processes while delivering exceptional customer service. About the role: Process warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation and submissions Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and the parts department to gather necessary information for warranty claims. Monitor warranty claim status and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely resolutions. Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, including approvals, rejections, and reimbursements. Support the Warranty Manager in the overall warranty process and procedures. Stay up-to-date with the latest warranty policies and procedures from Mercedes-Benz.
