2 month temporary position, with potential to remain in the role for 12 months Work with a leading training organisation that prioritises its people $40 per hour plus super Hone your skills in providing secretariat support and coordinating education and/or medical programs The Role Working alongside a professional team, this role will be responsible for providing secretatarial support for meetings and ensuring the efficient and accurate coordination of education programs. The role will also provide varied administrative support across the broader organisation and maintain excellent stakeholder management. Main responsibilities include: Manage timelines, processes, communications and documentation to support the coordination and delivery of training programs Provide secretariat support including preparation of agendas and briefs, organising and attending meetings, producing minutes, drafting reports and correspondence, and supporting the implementation of committee decisions, policies and procedures Maintain various electronic records to ensure accuracy and reliability of information Provide other administrative support across the broader organisation when required Requirements Strong experience in an administrative support role, coordinating programs or services in either a medical or education/training environment A proven track record of working effectively with boards or committees to prepare agendas or briefs, organise and attend meetings, draft minutes and compile reports and other correspondence Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work cohesively with various internal and external stakeholders Strong organisational skills with the capability to produce accurate work within strict timeframes Proficient in the use of systems, in particular with an advanced working knowledge of Word and Excel Team-oriented, with a can-do and professional attitude Benefits Genuine potential to remain in the role for 12 months and transition to a fixed term contract (with access to employee benefits) Flexible hybrid working with the capacity to WFH 3 days a week Collaborative, dynamic and inclusive team Contribute to meaningful and progressive work in a professional training environment If this sounds like you and the role you have been waiting for, please contact Kerri on 02 8366 0944 or apply below!
