We’re looking for a proactive and professional individual to be the welcoming face of our clients company - and a valued support to the People & Culture team. This dual-role is ideal for someone who loves variety in their day and is passionate about creating a positive workplace experience. You'll be central to both front-of-house presence and internal culture initiatives. This is a full-time, permanent position based Monday to Friday in our client’s stunning corporate offices in the heart of Brisbane CBD. Your Role: Reception & Office Coordination Be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers -warm, professional, and helpful at all times Manage incoming calls, mail, couriers, and ensure supplies are stocked and available Maintain a well-presented, welcoming office space including meeting rooms and shared facilities People & Culture Support Assist with recruitment coordination including interview scheduling and onboarding logistics Organise meetings, training sessions, team events - and yes, ensure the catering hits the mark Keep HR systems and records updated, generate reports, and support employee benefits programs Draft contracts, follow up on compliance and training tasks, and support key HR processes What You Bring to the Table: A genuine love of people and making things run smoothly Great attention to detail and even better organisational skills Confident computer skills (especially Microsoft Office) A proactive attitude and a friendly, can-do mindset Demonstrated experience in administrative support Your rewards: Competitive salary and attractive benefits A collaborative, enabling and supportive team environment Annual bonus in return for high performance Apply Now Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
