This role offers the opportunity to support the HR functions for one of the largest infrastructure projects in the region, assisting in the smooth operation of HR/L&D processes across multiple project sites. As a HR Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day HR operations, providing administrative support to the HR and L&D team. This role will need to be based primarily in our Sydney CBD office, however, ideally would visit our office in Orchard Hills 1-2 days a week. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the HR and L&D team, including RIW system management, onboarding and employee records management. Manage and update employee records, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into HR systems. Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and reports, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Assist with the coordination of employee benefits, payroll, and performance management processes. Support the HR and L&D team in organising training and development activities for employees. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general HR-related questions. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements. Assist with the coordination of employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the project. Support the HR and L&D team with other administrative tasks as required. Criteria Previous experience in a HR or L&D administration or Administration Assistant role. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive and solutions-focused approach to HR challenges. Willingness to help where needed. What's Next?
