Description Develop and execute individual sales plans to meet and exceed regional sales targets. Focus on driving new business, penetrating new markets, and expanding the company's footprint within the assigned region, particularly in sectors such as mining and agribusiness. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including toolmakers, OEMs, aftermarket manufacturers, and general engineering companies. Provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction. Offer technical advice and application support to clients, helping them select suitable products and materials based on their specific performance needs. Provide expertise on the company's advanced tooling solutions, ensuring customers receive the best possible product for their requirements. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the company's products and their applications. Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and to remain competitive in the market. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking activities and opportunities effectively. Regularly report on sales progress, forecasting, and customer engagement metrics to ensure alignment with company goals. Travel to meet with clients, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships across the assigned region.
