MJD Recruitment are working with a fantastic, well established law firm, who are seeking to fill a primary Billing Assistant position within a fast paced, professional and supportive Insurance team. With a process driven workflow, you will be assisting across a portfolio of key clients, organising the quarterly billing required - with these key stakeholders having their own independent needs, elevating your already experienced legal skillset! This role will suit someone with excellent attention to detail and a confident understanding around billing, as well as supporting at Partner level. Allowing work from home options once demonstrating capability, the role encompasses Legal Assistant tasks that include appointment planning, document assistance and meeting oversight, however is primarily targeted to service the key clients, with bills and matter management.
