About the role: In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring high standards of customer experience. With the Centre Manager you’ll lead the asset team in delivering on strategy, driving sustainable growth, and maximising asset performance. This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to implement proactive property management initiatives and identify opportunities to add value across a high-profile retail asset. Key Responsibilities: Deliver the asset strategy through effective leadership of Operations, Tenancy Delivery, Projects, and Finance Build and manage strong relationships with tenants, contractors, council, and other key stakeholders Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, arrears, and capital planning Assist in leasing activity, including submissions, assignments, and strategic input into annual leasing plans Oversee centre presentation and customer journey, ensuring high standards of experience and compliance Own performance reporting across operational, financial, and leasing metrics Manage key team members, supporting training, development, and performance outcomes What We’re Looking For: At least 5 years’ experience in retail property management and financial management. In-depth knowledge of the retail sector, including occupancy costs, gross profit, leasing, facilities management, marketing, and turnover reporting Proven experience in interpreting retail lease agreements Knowledge of the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Act REBA Registered Sales Representative or Property Manager licence. Skilled and Attributes Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues independently Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality Experience in financial accounting, specificity with systems and reporting processes Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems If this sounds like you, come and join a company that truly values its people and encourages growth.
