Office Administrator – Construction Industry Location: Alexandria, NSW Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 Super Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you a motivated Office Administrator with a background in construction, looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established company? We are seeking an experienced all-rounder to be the first point of contact for our clients busy Alexandria-based office, supporting senior management and all on-site teams. About the Role: This is a dynamic front-of-house role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with senior managers, project teams, and site personnel, providing crucial administrative support both in the office and occasionally on-site. Initiative, reliability, and strong organisational skills are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Front-of-house reception and office administration duties Assisting senior management with day-to-day support tasks Preparing and maintaining documentation, reports, and inspection records Coordinating site administration activities, including supporting site inspections Managing office supplies and general office upkeep Helping to streamline office processes and improve efficiency Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in an administration role (essential) Previous experience within the construction industry (essential) Previous experience with Canva software (essential) Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Confident, professional, and friendly communication style Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) A proactive and solutions-focused attitude Please Note: This is a full-time, permanent role (no contract or casual work available) Clean Drivers Licence is essential for this role.
