The role You'll secure a permanent, full-time opportunity that will incorporate wide-ranging legal secretarial and legal EA responsibilities. Working with Partners and a small team of lawyers in the firm's Banking, Finance and Corporate areas, you'll oversee client and matter/file related admin and secretarial support for the team. Your day will be varied and include responsibility for document/file management, secretarial support including transcription and edits, PA support around meetings and events, and CRM management. You'll also work closely with the firm's other business support services (finance, BD, HR etc.) to ensure that your team of lawyers can fully focus on their legal work. All in all, this is a well-rounded legal support position that will use your Legal Secretarial, admin and EA skills. About you To be considered for the role you will offer : at least three years experience in a legal secretarial style role; your experience will have been gained in a professional services environment where you will have worked with commercial, transactional matters; experience in a Partnership environment would be considered favourably You'll also be a team player - someone who is ready to join a committed group of legal support professionals who work together well.
