Permanent full time Moorabbin location Monday to Friday - 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Immediate start The company: A leading provider of technical services for all building systems, supplying dependable expert advice and ongoing support. The role: Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative services to aid the delivery of projects to clients. Duties included but are not limited to: Efficient and accurate data entry of customer and financial data Preparation of documents, presentations, submissions and management reports Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Advisory, Project Management and Engineering teams Assist with Induction and Advisory processes for new employees Managing communications with internal and external personnel via email and phone Attend meetings as required, including minute-taking and distribution Assist with all other administration functions as required The person : 1-2 years experience in administration within a professional services firm Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc); knowledge of Great Plains, Dynamics CRM And SharePoint applications, desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisation/admin skills General understanding of the Building Services Industry will be highly regarded This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leader in an entry level role, with genuine career progression in a supportive team environment.
