Senior Construction Admin (Assistant Operations Manager) Location: Broadbeach, QLD Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 Super Client Overview: Our client is a private developer and home builder, employing 30 people across both business sectors. Role Overview: The Senior Construction Admin will play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager and overseeing a variety of construction and administrative tasks. This position offers a chance to contribute significantly to a large-scale development project, with a focus on securing grants for the Federal Affordable Housing Program, coordinating construction administration, and ensuring smooth project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Support the Operations Manager in managing a large-scale development project. Assist with securing grants for the Federal Affordable Housing Program. Collate documentation for final inspection certification and project handover. Coordinate construction administration , liaising with clients, councils, certifiers, banks, and contractors. Manage maintenance requests and address operational tasks. Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Manager for the developer side of the business.
