We’re seeking an experienced Receptionist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, staying on top of organisation and creating a warm, welcoming environment. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, this permanent, full-time role is based at our Head Office in Parkside, with working hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. As the first point of contact for our visitors, staff and contractors, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless, positive experience at our Head Office. We are seeking an experienced Receptionist who can manage front office operations and administrative responsibilities with efficiency, initiative and care. You will bring strong organisational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset, while embodying our values of Contribution, Determination, and Trust. Key Responsibilities Warmly welcome visitors and manage incoming phone calls and reception emails professionally. Maintain a clean, organised reception area and meeting rooms. Manage visitor sign-ins using our Visitor Management System (Sine). Handle incoming and outgoing mail, weekly store mailouts and secure shredding administration. Coordinate staff car park requests, security access cards and catering. Oversee stationery supplies, office facilities and lunchroom upkeep. Support Accounts Payable administration tasks as required. Maintain and regularly update reception procedures and administrative processes. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in a similar receptionist or front office administration role. Exceptional communication skills — professional, respectful and customer-focused. Ability to stay highly organised, prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. High level of initiative. Competence with administrative systems, visitor management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
