We are looking for a Donor Care Officer (Customer Service) on a ‘temp to perm’ basis, to join their compassionate team and help them raise much needed funds for their crucial work. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential supporters via phone to seek their support, providing information about the charity’s mission, programs, and services. Acknowledge and thank donors for their contributions through personalised communication (Phone and email). Build and maintain strong relationships with supporters, keeping them informed about the charity’s work and impact. Maintain donor records and ensure all donations are accurately processed and tracked. Prepare regular reports on supporter activity, donation amounts, and engagement metrics. Work closely with the marketing, fundraising, and events teams to ensure that supporter services align with broader organisational goals. This role is predominantly a phone-based customer service role, so we are looking for applicants who have the following skills: Strong communication skills, particularly verbal and aural, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people. A genuine interest in the ‘For-Purpose’ sector. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Experience in a phone-based customer service role.
