More About the Role at JB Hi-Fi Job Description As a Sales Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to assist the Airport Store Management team as a key management support role, ensuring that you create, support, and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store, including: - Achieving sales and profitability targets for your store through providing ongoing training, coaching, support and feedback to the store’s team - Leading and maintaining the agreed merchandising standard - Contribute to financial performance through inventory management, loss prevention and management of controllable expenses Qualifications - You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, having proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of computers, mobile phones and other electronics - Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems), and the ability to sell retail products and merchandise - Be able to work both independently and as part of our consolidated sales team, and have the ability to work under pressure If you don’t think you're a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we'll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
