Key Responsibilities Lodge and manage new claims via phone, email, and other channels Make decisions on liability and guide clients with clarity and care Resolve escalated customer issues within authority limits Audit, mentor, and guide claims consultants Assist in onboarding and training of new team members Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation Manage the non-fault claims inbox and delegate effectively Collaborate cross-functionally and embody company values daily What We’re Looking For Strong decision-making and analytical skills Excellent telephone manner and communication abilities Proven experience in customer service and claims management Ability to manage your own workload and support team performance A proactive mindset with strong organisation and time-management skills Passion for mentoring and improving team capability What's in it for you?
