Overseeing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are client-ready. Providing administrative support across legal and general tasks, including handling expenses, stationery, and office supplies. Maintaining immaculate reception and kitchen areas. What We're Looking For: 2 years of experience in a similar Receptionist or Administrative role, ideally within the legal industry. A basic understanding of legal terminology. Exceptional communication skills and a genuine love for building strong working relationships.
