Who you are: - Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow - Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities - A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills - Skilled at managing multiple tasks while exceeding expectations - Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive - Preferably experienced in cold calling and outbound sales - Energetic, enthusiastic, and resilient What you’ll be doing: - Prospecting and cold calling into target accounts to identify and qualify leads - Clearly communicating Seismic’s value proposition to potential customers - Building relationships and understanding business needs - Researching prospective clients using web, social media, and CRM tools - Documenting interactions and prospecting efforts in the CRM - Ensuring lead quality and working with channel partners for follow-ups - Collaborating with the sales team to build pipeline and achieve monthly targets - Striving to exceed quotas and performance expectations What you bring to the team: - Passion for sales and a drive to succeed - 6 months of inside sales or relevant experience (preferred) - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook - Familiarity with CRM systems - A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience If you don’t think you're a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we'll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
