Your Role & Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations of the bottle shop, including stock control, ordering and merchandising. * Drive sales targets, promotions and customer engagement strategies. * Train, roster and lead a team to deliver exceptional service. * Ensure compliance with RSA regulations and liquor licensing laws. * Manage budgets, profitability and supplier relationships. * Maintain high standards of store presentation and product knowledge. What We're Looking For: * 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality venue. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. * Excellent sales, customer service and merchandising abilities. * Solid understanding of stock control, purchasing and profit margins. * Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).
