More About the Role at Flight Centre Travel Group About the Role As our Customer Service Specialist (Member Support), you’ll be the backbone of our operational excellence, providing dedicated support to our Envoyage member network of Independent Advisors and Agencies. You’ll be instrumental from the moment our members join us, through every day of their journey, ensuring they receive top-tier account management, communication, and administrative assistance. What You’ll Do Network Support: • Implement strategies that enhance retention and drive growth through regular engagement • Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding using Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and other systems • Resolve inquiries promptly via Salesforce Case Management, phone, or our network communication platform • Ensure member compliance with key requirements like insurance and agreement renewals • Communicate vital supplier updates to our network Operational & Administrative Excellence: • Collaborate with internal teams to keep company documents and records accurate and current • Maintain and update agreements, operational handbooks, and knowledge articles on Salesforce and Workplace • Oversee communications to the network through Workplace, email, and other channels Events & Engagement: • Assist in coordinating monthly inductions, network support days, and other key events • Work with preferred suppliers to streamline set-up and support processes Other Duties: • Tackle ad hoc tasks as required to support evolving business needs What We’re Looking For - Relationship Builder: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships, with exceptional customer service at your core - Problem Solver: Advanced problem-solving and negotiation abilities, paired with a proactive, positive attitude - Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting and facilitating training sessions - Organised Professional: Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail - Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with experience in Salesforce and GDS systems seen as a bonus - Travel Enthusiast: A genuine passion for the travel industry that fuels your commitment to excellence If you don’t think you're a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we'll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
