Contract Administrator — Greenacre, Bankstown Area

The Opportunity: We are seeking a detail - oriented and efficient Contract Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and administering contracts across various aspects of our business. Key Responsibilities: Review, draft and revise contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements. Monitor contract execution to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including payment schedules and deliverables. Identify and mitigate potential risks and discrepancies in contracts. Liaise with relevant departments and clients to address contract-related issues. Maintain organized contract records and databases. Requirements: A diploma or higher degree in a relevant discipline is required. At least 2 years of proven experience in contract administration. Strong knowledge of contract law, terms and conditions. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
