About the Role: We are seeking a professional and hands-on Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Kurri Kurri service station. This role focuses on operations, compliance, and team leadership — with minimal emphasis on marketing duties. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store and site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Lead, supervise, and support team members to achieve high performance. Manage inventory, place stock orders, and monitor stock rotation. Maintain high standards for store presentation, cleanliness, and customer service. Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures. Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally. Manage cash handling, banking, and reconciliation procedures accurately. Prepare rosters, manage attendance records, and ensure effective staffing levels. Provide regular operational reports to senior management. Requirements: Prior experience managing a retail store, service station, or convenience store. Strong leadership skills and a hands-on management approach. Excellent attention to operational detail and compliance. Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with POS systems and general computer proficiency. Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts as required.
