Description We are seeking a dedicated and proactive People & Culture Administrator to join our team on a full-time maternity cover with the possibility of extension, commencing in August this year. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our organisation by fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth operational processes. You will play a key role in supporting a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee documentation, and workplace initiatives. You will contribute to fostering a positive organisational culture through coordinating events and ensuring effective management of systems and processes. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will help maintain and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. In addition to your commitment to our mission, you should possess the following: Appropriate qualifications related to the position or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated confidence in using a wide range of Information and Communication Technology tools and applications, with a creative approach to leveraging technology effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to keep confidences and work with integrity, communicating in a pleasant and professional manner that is representative of the organisation. Knowledge of the Church, its policies and operations throughout the Australian Union Conference, and the South Pacific Division is desirable.
