Description 3-month term contract opportunity working as Administration Distribution Officer in the Social and Community Services Team. About the role As the Administration Distribution Officer, you will be responsible for Meals on Wheels kitchen duties, receptionist duties and administration support within the Community Care Team. This role encompasses highly responsive customer service, attention to detail and flexible support to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the Community Care team. Key Responsibilities: Fulfil all administrational duties including, switchboard, word processing, communication dissemination, and customer enquires Complete accurate, reconciled, record keeping and data entry across multiple IT platforms Complete Meals on Wheels stock control processes including freezer work, stock rotation & inventory, meal packing & ordering Raising Purchase Orders and Receipting in line with council processes About You We are looking for someone with: Current C Class Driver’s license Minimum 2 years administration experience, adept at managing daily tasks efficiently. Demonstrate a strong technical proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and other relevant business solution technologies. Experience in food distribution is highly desirable, including tasks such as lifting, stock rotation, inventory management, order processing, meticulous attention to detail regarding allergen labelling and packing, and the ability to adhere to tight deadlines. Daily cleaning duties in the kitchen area are also expected. What’s on offer 3-month term contract opportunity. We are offering an attractive remuneration from $66,127 plus 11.5% superannuation. 4 days in the office with the opportunity to work 1 day from home.
