More About the Role at Trippas White Group About the role We are looking for a motivated and inquisitive individual who is interested in kick-starting their Administration and Event career. Reporting to the General Manager for Sales & Events, your responsibilities will include: - Professionally handle incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate team - Respond to general enquiries from clients with a warm, courteous, and solution-focused approach. - Manage the general inbox by responding to event-related enquiries and ensuring timely communication with the appropriate team members. - Support the day-to-day requirements of the events team through a variety of administrative duties. - Assist the team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, reporting and data entry - Team coverage during peak periods and during team leave by assisting site inspections if required and general emails - Keep the event management system updated with accurate and current information. - Perform quarterly competitor analysis to help inform strategic decisions and maintain market awareness - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and internal teams professionally.
