Working as part of a tight-knit team of three receptionists and reporting to an energetic and supportive Office Manager, your days will be filled with variety and purpose. You will: Welcome guests with professionalism, positivity, and a can-do attitude Manage calls and inboxes with efficiency, accuracy, and a smile Coordinate everything from meeting rooms and catering to diaries and pool cars Keep the office looking sharp from sparkling kitchens to ready-to-go boardrooms Run occasional errands and assist with events and executive tasks Use your Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) to keep things humming behind the scenes You’ll be a key part of a vibrant, corporate environment where collaboration is strong, expectations are high, and your contribution will be seen and appreciated every single day.
