About the Role Due to business growth, we are looking for a highly driven Contracts Administrator/Estimator to join the team. This role is suitable for someone who is highly driven, are known for his or her professionalism, ability to multi task and enjoys variety in their work. Key Responsibilities for the role Construction programming: developing a detailed schedule and plan for the construction project, including defining and project objectives, scope and resources Construction estimating and quoting: Develop project budgets and monitor expenditures, ensuring projects stay within the allocated costs. Drafting and Reviewing Contracts (Creating, modifying, and reviewing contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards and company policies) Project Management: Assisting in the overall project management, including coordinating activities related to contract administration Assist in preparing tender submissions by gathering quotes and developing detailed cost proposals. OH&S management Skills & experience Experience in construction management on job (residential) Qualification in Construction Management or Licensed Builder Builders software management ('Builders Trend' preferred) Must be a 'people person' Team player Self-motivated Working from office or site office (not from home) Rewards and Benefits Work for a company that appreciates and values its team and has huge business and people growth plans well into the future.
