Sales and Administration Support Location: Melbourne Inner City Suburbs Salary: up to $100,000 package Monday - Friday only. An exciting opportunity has opened up for a highly organised and experienced Sales & Administration Lead to join a thriving property development business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats—leader, systems expert, and problem solver. This position will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end administration function, supporting the sales process from reservation through to handover. Working closely with the CEO and sales team, this person will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while mentoring a small offshore team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a small offshore team, including training, upskilling and performance support Handle all sales contracts—preparation, sending, tracking and follow-ups via DocuSign Maintain accurate records and data across Salesforce (CRM), Dropbox and internal systems Manage the shared inbox, delegate tasks, and ensure timely responses to internal and external stakeholders Liaise with builders, brokers, and partners to ensure a smooth sales journey from deal to handover Support the sales team with compliance, documentation, and process improvement Oversee general office administration—supplies, scheduling, meeting support Assist with basic finance administration and payment tracking Set up new system users, troubleshoot tech issues, and drive system efficiency Provide direct support to the CEO in staying organised, informed, and focused on growth Who This Role Would Suit: A natural leader with experience managing offshore or remote teams Someone from a property, real estate, or sales support background A confident communicator with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills Tech-savvy and confident using Salesforce, Dropbox, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working both independently and in a team What’s on Offer: Competitive salary package up to $100,000 A dynamic and forward-thinking team environment Direct exposure to business leadership and strategy Long-term career growth with genuine development opportunities This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who loves operations, thrives on responsibility, and wants to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes.
