This innovative business empowers clients to efficiently source and sell projects through a single point of contact, connecting them with a trusted network of mortgage brokers, wealth advisors, and real estate agents, all underpinned by rigorous research and due diligence. About the Role Perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment, this role requires a hands-on leader with strong systems knowledge and a proactive mindset. You’ll support the full sales process from reservation to handover, working closely with the CEO and sales team to ensure operational excellence. You’ll also lead a small offshore support team, ensuring high performance and smooth day-to-day functions across administration and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage and support a remote/offshore admin team, including training, upskilling, and performance coaching Oversee contract handling: preparation, distribution, tracking, and follow-ups via DocuSign Maintain data accuracy across Salesforce, Dropbox, and internal systems Manage shared inboxes and delegate incoming tasks effectively Liaise with brokers, builders, and external partners to ensure a seamless sales process Support the sales team with documentation, compliance, and workflow improvements Oversee general office administration including supplies, scheduling, and meeting coordination Assist with basic finance tasks such as payment tracking and invoice follow-up Set up new system users, troubleshoot tech issues, and drive efficiency improvements Provide direct executive support to the CEO, helping to keep operations focused and organised Ideal Candidate A natural leader with experience managing offshore or remote teams Background in property, real estate, or sales support/operations Strong communicator with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills Confident using Salesforce, Dropbox, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office Tech-savvy, proactive, and solutions-focused Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team What’s on Offer Competitive salary package up to $90,000 Monday - Friday only A dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking team environment Direct exposure to business leadership and strategy Clear path for long-term career growth and development If you’re passionate about operations, enjoy taking ownership, and want to make a real impact behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
