The Opportunity Join us in our commitment to Sustainability Be part of a small and super- significant team of Internal Customer Service Representatives as you perform a pivotal role for our global company. This isn't just your everyday customer service role - there's lots to do and lots to learn as you demonstrate precise attention to detail, enhancing and building service relationships with upmost professionalism and care. This is an ideal role for an individual who enjoys building strong relationships beyond the basic transactional. Hours of work: 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday Responsibilities include: Build and enhance relationships with all customers and stakeholders Support Sales Team Account Managers Consult and provide product and services knowledge that meets the customers’ needs Providing solutions and patience in handling customer complaints Accurate entry of all Sales Orders into SAP (nationwide) Processing credits for returns/pricing issues Liaising with Customers regarding all aspects of the product catalogue including parts; pricing and delivery requirements via phone/email in a timely and efficient manner Coordinating stock levels with National Planning Department Liaising with the Logistics Coordinators to organise transport as required by customer About you: To be the best in this role, the following attributes are ideal: Previous experience in a similar role Experience working in a manufacturing environment (highly desirable) Experience working with various Departments (i.e., Sales, Production & Logistics) A people – focused and solution driven attitude, with strong work ethic and good time management skills Ability to work independently, whilst also being an active member of a small team The ability to showcase excellent customer service solutions in thinking outside the box with speed, accuracy and efficiency Great and professional communication skills – written and verbal Intermediate – Advanced skills in SAP (or similar) (required) Intermediate – Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook) (required) As part of the recruitment process, applicants may be required to complete an Attention to Detail assessment.
