A Services and Design Manager is sought by an established National Tier 2 Builder, to lead the design and services management functions across the business. The Opportunity: Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder working on education, commercial, health infrastructure and industrial construction projects in the $50 - 150 million range Management and implementation of the company Design Management plan Overseeing project teams nationally and ensuring all systems are followed and met You will be managing Design Managers and Service Manager across all projects and responsible for workforce resource planning $380k package circa Immediate start Long term permanent opportunity, with exposure to large scale construction projects North Sydney based Key management appointment The Company: An established Tier 2 Builder T/0 $1 billion annually Reporting to a State Director Focus on construction projects in the $100 - 200 million range Established client base, with full order book of work for 2025 Modern offices, with close transport links and parking Trading for over 40 years Reputable business with solid supply chain You will have: An Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management Degree is sought Experience in leading project design/ service teams on large scale construction projects 10 years experience with a Tier 1 or 2 Builder in a Design Manager or Project Management capacity Ability to lead, train and develop a multi discipline team Performance management experience Construction experience on projects over $100 million highly desirable, with commercial and government construction experience highly regarded CAD and BIM experience sought, with construction software experience Strong building knowledge and understanding of legislation, codes and standards.
