Role Overview An exciting opportunity for an Interior Designer or Architectural Technician to be part of a highly skilled team working on prestigious, design-driven projects. This role covers concept development, design detailing, and construction documentation , ensuring luxury interiors that balance innovation and functionality. Key Responsibilities Concept Design & Visualisation – Develop creative design concepts, drawings, and 3D renders. Design Development & Coordination – Work with consultants to refine designs and integrate services. Material & Finishes Selection – Source and specify high-quality finishes, furniture, and equipment. Technical Documentation – Produce detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery packages. Compliance & Standards – Ensure designs meet Australian standards and best practices. Site Involvement – Conduct site visits to oversee design implementation and resolve issues. Skills & Experience Experience in multi-residential and retail projects . Proficiency in ArchiCAD (transitioning to Revit Enscape ). Strong technical skills with the ability to manage projects from concept to construction . High attention to detail and a passion for high-end, design-driven projects . Ability to collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors effectively. Additional Details Full-time, in-office role with no work-from-home options.
