We support them with innovative solutions that identify people, recognise their achievements, and help their diverse business grow In this role you will provide administrative and customer service support, acting as the first point of contact for the organization and its visitors supporting the Sales team ID Products. Key responsibilities will include; Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals. Handle incoming RTS mail and manage electronic correspondence. Maintain accurate and organized records of visitors, appointments, and other relevant information. Provide customer service on enquiries from a variety of sources, including B2B, B2C, e-mail and in person queries via the website, sales staff, and marketing campaigns. Answering inbound customer service phone calls to provide support with various aspects of the customer journey, including assistance with placing orders, as required. Respond to customer enquiries and internal communications in a prompt and professional manner, directing enquiries to appropriate team members or departments as needed. Facilitate a smooth client onboarding experience, including portals, account applications, and deposit payments. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes to customers based on their specifications in Cin-7. Perform general data entry tasks relevant to the customer onboarding and sales process. Assisting with sales support functions in other business units within Signal Group. YOUR BACKGROUND Experience in a customer service-based role, enjoys helping customers to have the best experience. Strong attention to detail with accurate and efficient data entry skills. Computer literate, likes to use and learn about new systems. Enjoys staying connected and initiating connections with a large team. High levels of activity and output – loves being involved. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
