Position Overview Activities of this casual role may include supporting the effective delivery of student conduct, academic integrity, and student appeals processes. The role might involve the use of various technology tools to support investigations and ensure accurate and timely case management. Key Selection Criteria To be successful in this position, you’ll have as a minimum: • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a demanding environment. • Well-developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Apply and develop knowledge of relevant policies, practices and standards to organise and prioritise work. • Ability to provide clear and timely communication to student and staff on the progress and outcome of conduct and appeals cases where applicable. • Desirable: knowledge and understanding of the tertiary education sector.
