Your Role with Us You'll be reporting into and working closely with the Learning and Quality Manager to keep our customer support quality top-notch. That means helping with quality evaluations, giving constructive feedback, and supporting day-to-day admin and coordination tasks that keep everything running smoothly. You’ll play a big role in reviewing team performance, identifying training needs, and supporting a culture of learning and service excellence. Your fluency in Mandarin will help you connect directly with customers and team members and ensure our standards are consistent across the board. Click play, on your career today What you will do: Initially taking customer support tickets and interactions to build out the requirements for the team including templates, macros and help center articles focused on Mandarin market Assist the Learning and Quality Manager with quality assurance processes for the Easygo customer support team. Coordinate with team members to gather and manage feedback to improve the quality framework. Help in reviewing and addressing tickets related to quality assurance. Support in creating assessment checkpoints and collate results for evaluating team skill levels. Support team with follow up for relevant departments to ensure that feedback loops are effectively closed. Essential experience: Bilingual in English and Mandarin Experience in a customer support or QA role Familiarity with customer service processes and best practices Ability to provide feedback to team members Basic knowledge of quality assurance and monitoring processes Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with team members Desirable qualifications: Experience with online Quality Assurance platforms.
