Team Administrator — Brisbane, Brisbane Region

What you’ll be doing • Prepare and process quotes and invoices for software and services, including: • Invoicing clients • Sending statements and following up on accounts receivable • Chasing accounts receivables • Generating client quotes and purchase orders • Issuing credit notes as required • Generating end of month calculations and journals • Assist with financial administration, including: • Generating end-of-month calculations and journals • Supporting the annual software maintenance renewal process • Coordinate a range of administrative tasks, such as: • Reporting and document management • Scheduling meetings and team coordination • Internal communication support • Perform general administrative duties, including: • Printing, binding, and formatting documents • Managing office supplies and coordinating service providers • Organising team events and supporting day-to-day office management Working Conditions: • Permanent Part Time (32 hours per week) • Onsite • Brisbane City What will make you successful in this role? • Proven experience in administrative and office management roles • Basic understanding of general accounting principles • Exceptional attention to detail with strong time management skills • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook • Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment • Eagerness to learn, with a positive attitude aligned with our core values: Camaraderie, Innovation, Dedication, Excellence, and Respect Why is this an exciting opportunity?
