Warehouse General Hand – Carole Park - $33 p/hr Super (Day shift) Fuse Recruitment are currently sourcing for an experienced Warehouse General Hand to work in a Despatch environment for a National Leader in their field specialising in building products. Located in Carole Park with onsite parking and also accessible by public transport. For You: Carole Park Location Building and construction industry Day Shift 6:30am starts 3pm Finishes Daily Overtime available $33 p/hr Super Duties: In this role you will work as a Warehouse All rounder. Duties will include completing manual handling duties, receiving and despatch duties, picking of stock and preparing orders for shipping. You will also be working with oversized pallets and products up to 6 metres long. Duties will also include: Pick packing products Manual Receiving and Despatch duties Loading Oversized pallets up to 6 meters long onto pallets Transfer products from Staging area to despatch Transfer products from despatch to staging and pick face areas Wrapping and strapping pallets Pallet Jack Duties Matching Paperwork to orders Data entry work This is a loud, dusty and at times dirty environment to work in. The Candidates: To be successful in obtaining this role you will have: Experience working with oversized pallets and working with ugly freight Pick packing, palletising stock experience Shrink wrapping (Both manual and machine operated) Experience working with oversized stock such as timber and wood products Wrapping and strapping experience Excellent attention to detail Previous experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent WHS knowledge An ability to commit to the role in an ongoing capacity If this position sounds like you then hit APPLY now, alternatively email Mike on mhadleyfuserecruitment.com with your resume.
