About the opportunity This role focuses on warehouse coordination and minor technical repairs, supporting product logistics and customer readiness. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for equipment processing, repair, dispatch and cleanliness of the warehouse. In this role, you will: Manage timely receipt and dispatch of stock using MCS Perform test and tag services, and basic equipment repairs Maintain stock accuracy and execute regular stocktakes Contribute to warehouse cleanliness and organisation Support process improvement initiatives You will work with medical products including specialist machines, compression devices and a range of pumps, with training provided. This opportunity allows for improvement of processes, stable hours, and the ability to contribute to the company’s operational journey. About you You have worked in a warehouse or logistics environment and are confident in your ability to handle technical equipment. You understand the importance of organisation, compliance, cleanliness and accurate record keeping. To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in logistics or warehouse operations Technical knowledge appliance or equipment knowledge Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks Electrical test and tag certification (preferred) Valid driver’s license What’s on offer You will join a small, focused team with direct support from the Operations Manager. This is a role with defined processes and space for you to contribute ideas for improvement. With internal training on systems and equipment, and no direct reports, the role allows for task ownership and clear responsibilities.
