We are seeking a Technical Customer Service Officer to join our team and assist the Customer Service team in handling the technical aspects of customer support. Collaborate with the manufacturer’s technical support when necessary Maintain accurate customer records and notes while ensuring friendly and efficient service. What we’re looking for Experience in a Contact Centre environment, providing customer service and technical support. Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with solar energy systems, heat pumps, and related technologies. Experience or knowledge in the electrical and plumbing industry is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues in a clear, professional manner. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
