Summary Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Senior Customer Service Coordinator will support 4 Senior Sales Managers by providing valuable customer service to their clients, allowing them to do what they do best, which is to work with their clients, to grow the business. The role will be varied day to day, providing customer service and administrative support internally and with customers and suppliers alike, within the construction sector across Australia and NZ. They supply from the world's best raw material producers within agriculture, building materials, chemicals and industrial manufacturers to produce a finished product. The Role This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to bring their experience to an ambitious sales team. Working closely with the sales team you will use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage a range of functions and remove any barriers to ensure efficient support to clients. Some of the key duties of the role include; Liaising with the compliance team to ensure clients have all the relevant safety and technical documentation relating to products Be a point of contact for customers in relation to their orders, deliveries, documentation Support your colleagues internally sourcing data to assist with pricing offers Work with the logistics team in sourcing data for freight quotes Ensuring all information is tracked appropriately in the internal system. Raise purchase orders for clients Generally being proactive to help as required in servicing their clients. The Person To be successful you must have a commitment to making a difference for customers, internal and external, and suppliers alike. You will be hands on with a talent for identifying areas of improvement in the way the team works efficiently together. You will be an honest and open communicator, a person that customers look forward to dealing with. Prior experience with logistics and supply chain will be valuable in this role. You will have a high attention to detail and prior experience working with CRM systems will help you settle into the role quickly.
